Senior Building Surveyor
Key Skills: Consultancy side Snr. Building Surveyor
Location: Manchester
Salary / Package: Dependent On Experience
Timeframe: Role has full sign off and budget
Interviews: Can be held at a time to suit as soon as possible

The position & experience required
We are looking for someone with any of the below experience:
- Ideally chartered membership of RICS or CIOB
- Experience with Contract Administration on JCT / NEC3
- PM experience of building maintenance, refurbishment and alterations
- Strong knowledge of building principles, plans and specifications
- Must have excellent communication skills and be confident with clients
- Salary is negotiable and we will pay for the right person
- You must be eligible to work in the UK
