Operates & maintains all items of equipment at both Weatherford premises & various client locations, offshore, onshore & other regions when necessary.
Involved in the daily operations at the rig-site. This includes Filtration Projects and Brine/Mud Mixing Operations.
Under strict supervision, assists during rigging-up and rigging-down of Baroid Surface Solutions service equipment on work locations to include spotting of solids control and waste management equipment. Assists in the operation of some or all of the following equipment: shale shakers and screen changes, centrifuges, cuttings handling and slurrification equipment, vacuum and pressure washing apparatus. Skills are typically acquired through successful completion of high school or similar education. Licensure to drive commercial equipment may be required.
Under broad direction, oversees the inventory management functions for the area supported to include: ordering, processing goods issues /receipts, coordination of inventory reduction and redeployment opportunities, and inventory physical verification. Role will have direct responsibility for team leadership and management of the training programs and can potentially manage operations in multiple facilities within the region.
Under general supervision, participates in inventory reduction and redeployment opportunities. Role requires an understanding of inventory planning. Responsible for the basic inventory management function for the area supported to include; timely processing of materials movements, and the physical inventory verification process.
Under strict supervision, assists during rigging-up and rigging-down of Baroid Surface Solutions service equipment on work locations to include spotting of solids control and waste management equipment.
Under direct supervision, safely and effectively supports the daily stockpoint operations through mixing liquid mud, loading bulk products, and shipping and receiving pallet materials for the purpose of ensuring the delivery of quality customer service, world-class safety, and stockpoint efficiency. Checks material orders for proper quantities. Operates forklifts as required. Skills are typically acquired through completion of a High School diploma or equivalent. This is an entry level position.
