Our client, a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company are looking for a French and English speaking Sourcing Manager for their site in Northern France. The position is offered with a 6 month contract, negotiable all-inclusive rate and an immediate start.
Job Overview:
As Sourcing Manager you'll be responsible for contributing to project procurement activities, carrying out basic sourcing and post-contract management activities..
Responsibilities:
* Contributes to procurement plans and projects and makes decisions necessary to purchase products and services.
* Conducts commercial review of procurement requisitions.
* Contributes to the preparation of competitive bids, quotations and proposals with pertinent specifications, terms and conditions.
* Maintains a cost reduction, cost avoidance, cost containment program and reports.
* Researches and assist in selecting potential sources of materials and/or services.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
* Ideally a degree in Supply Chain Management or related subject
* Procurement experience gained working on Construction projects, ideally in the Pharmaceutical industry
* Must be fluent in French & English |
