|
Maximo WMS Delivery Manager
The Maximo Work Management System (WMS) Delivery Manager will play a leading role in the development and delivery of this business critical system that will support all aspects of ROO Operations and Maintenance across all operating locations
To oversee the development of Maximo for use by Operations and Maintenance. The initial build phase of this long term undertaking will be achieved by:
* Carrying out a P&ID verification survey (red lining) on water injection, water treatment and oil processing facilities, using local Iraqi Contractor resources
* Analysing the survey results, ensuring P&ID drawing discrepancies are corrected, before re-issuing revised drawings
* Developing existing or generating new Master Equipment Lists (MELs), ensuring 100% mapping to P&ID tag numbering
* Analysing the MEL data and applying criticality and failure classes in accordance with Company and ISO standards
* Building a structured Maximo Tag hierarchy that fully supports the work management and planning processes
* Providing support to the Maximo PM development process, ensuring the deliverables comply with application rules and data structures
* Preparing and/or checking Maximo data loading templates for system population
* Coordinating all Maximo testing and user training
* Developing associated processes, plans, procedures and reports as necessary
* In addition to the Maximo development work, there will be a requirement to support other Operations or Maintenance activities such as:
* Ad-hoc P&ID verification surveys
* Operations readiness requirements for new projects
* Breakdown/repair planning
Qualifications/Requirements
* Minimum 10 year CMMS experience, ideally including Maximo
* Broad, multi-discipline oil industry experience
* High degree of proficiency and accuracy in data management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Powerpoint and Visio
* A genuine commitment to develop and train local Iraqi nationals
* Self-starter
