Key Skills: Estimator for Housing Development - Civils work
Location: Penrith
Salary / Package: Competitive
Timeframe: Role has full sign off

Our Business
We are family owned business established for over 30 years well established in Cumbria and the north. We operate in the civils sector primarily with groundwork's, roads, and drainage. Soon to begin working on a housing development in Wigton with a house building company. We also have a large pipeline of work in the region in the renewables sector with work on windfarms. We have an excellent reputation for delivering projects on time and within budget for our clients. Due to increased workload, we need to recruit a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a BSc degree.

The position & experience required
We are looking for someone who has the below experience:
- Contractor background, experience with civils work is essential
- Basic duties will be in estimations and valuations
- Any experience with drainage, roads and sewers will be advantageous
- You must be comfortable working on site
- Salary dependent on experience with good package
- You must be eligible to work in the UK.
