Our client, an international EPC Company are looking for a Senior Contract Engineer to be based in their Surrey Offices. The role is offered with a long term contract and negotiable daily rate.
Job Overview:
As Contract Engineer you'll be responsible for producing Contracts for an Offshore Project
Responsibilities:
* Define the contractual strategy in agreement with Project team * Prepare call for tenders, evaluate tenders and issue Purchase Orders or Contracts at the best price and shortest delivery time * Conduct negotiation of contractual and commercial terms with suppliers / partners * Draft Contract Terms * Assist and advise operational staff in contract management
Required Qualifications and Experience:
* Ideally a degree in a relevant subject * Experience within Contract Engineering ideally gained working in the Oil and Gas or related industries. * Experience gained working on Sour Gas projects * Experience gained working on offshore FEED projects * Middle East client experience such as the ADNOC Group of companies * Experience of working to middle east standards
