Key accountabilities

A key leadership role within the Nexcel team and in the wider BP Castrol business
Creation and management of board level Vehicle Manufacturer account relationships, specifically on technology
Management of external technical specialist and consulting engineers
Drive a compelling program of OEM engagement to understand requirements and influence take-up of the technology, problem solving along the way to overcome barriers
In addition close involvement in the manufacturing scale up, and development of the supply chain strategy.
