Responsibilities and Duties:
Pull morning operational updates from the pipeline websites
Plan daily gas flow during morning trading activity Exchange daily nomination data with suppliers and markets
Communicate gas flows to the interstate pipelines within nomination deadline cycles
Monitor and resolve daily nomination cuts
Capture daily nomination activity in operations system
Weekend on-call duty rotation
Build and maintain relationships with external counterparties
Develop an awareness of the Statoil production assets and how they impact the scheduling function
Maintain volume imbalances within tolerance of production assets
Develop operational competency on all pertinent pipeline systems
The Strategic SCM Analyst role exists within the Onshore Operations & Maintenance SCM team. This role works closely with the broader Procurement organization and external stakeholders, collaborating with the Business (Engineers/Field/etc.), Operational SCM Analysts, Contract Support Analysts, and the US SCM Business Efficiency organization to drive strategic sourcing events, maintain contract compliance, actively manage the supplier landscape and conduct cost reduction activities.
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the timely, accurate and safe execution of Marine logistics and delivery operations, in addition to order management for Group Company customers. The role is critical in executing the customer service level aspirations of the business in an industry which is extremely service-centric. The Coordinator works closely with Marine and Group Company colleagues in the order management function and with partners in Supply Chain and/or third party Contractors across geographic locations.
