Under broad direction, assess service delivery requirements and coordinate movement of equipment and personnel across multiple districts in order to maximize utilization.
Effectively coordinates multiple, complex district projects to minimize risk, provides quality service, and provides contingency options.
Participation on FAT for SAS package, extended testing between different package suppliers (eFAT) and commissioning offshore may be required.
Act as a SAS Commissioning engineer responsible for Safety system (PSD, ESD, F&G) and PCS
Prepare documentation for offshore control systems.
Follow-up of suppliers and subcontractors Mechanical Completion, preservation and final delivery
Attend and verify Factory Acceptance Test at suppliers’ location when required Develop and maintain system boundary drawings in accordance with the project’s Completion Strategy

The Project Engineer is responsible for assisting the project manager in the delivery of the project objectives as stated in the SOR. Given the number of concurrent elements the North Star project entails, the Project Engineer is required to collect and organize material information relating to those projects; allowing the project manager to make timely and informed decisions regarding the various work streams. The project engineer will also assists in the Contract Account Manager (CAM) responsibility across all related disciplines within the Project team and therefore takes on the responsibilities of a contract administrator for smaller contracts related to project North Star.

An engineering manager is required for the North Star Project. The purpose of the role is to provide engineering assurance to BP during the design, construction and commissioning phases of the project. This position represents BP’s engineering requirements and works to manage the development of the design to those specifications. The engineering manager is the main interface between BP and the ISBL and OSBL contractors on the job.
This role will be the Project Executive for the proposed ~$250m greenfield plant project of the BP Shenzhen lubricants plant to secure the supply to support the growth of China lubricant business. The role will be accountable for assisting the programme manager for daily project management, coordination of the project local permitting process, internal segment assurance process, document control process, MoC Process, stake holder engagement throughout the life cycle of the project.
